Einfach nur die Badesachen einpacken und los, denn eingekauft wird in der Hafen- und Boutique-Stadt Rethymno, die 15 Minuten vom Haus entfernt liegt. Zum Strand oder zur Bucht von Costa geht es in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Lage ist besonders bekannt für die Ruhe und ihr gutes Klima. Obwohl nahe am Tourismus gelegen, spürt man hier im Tal, eingebettet zwischen den Olivenhainen, nicht viel davon. Wir befinden uns circa 950 Meter vom Dorf Asteri entfernt. Zur Sicherheit senden wir euch immer eine Wegbeschreibung zu unserer Villa, damit ihr genau wisst, wie ihr vom Flughafen Heraklion oder Chania zu uns kommt.

Just pack your bathing suit and go, because the shopping is in the port and boutique town of Rethymno, which is 15 minutes away from the house. The beach or the Bay of Costa are 5 minutes away by car. The location is particularly known for its good climate. Although close to tourism, you don't feel much of it here in the valley, nestled between the olive groves. We are located around 950 meters from the village of Asteri. For security, we always send you directions to our villa so that you know exactly how to get to us from Heraklion or Chania airport.

Zwei Apartments sind in der obersten Etage über einen separaten Hauseingang direkt vom Parkplatz aus erreichbar. Das dritte Appartement befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit ebenfalls seperaten Hauseingang. 
 

Wir legen Wert auf Qualität! Bedeutet für uns, ihr sollt gut Schlafen können. Alle Betten sind mit zusätzlichen Toppern ausgestattet, so dass ihr einen super Schlafkomfort habt.

Location and Furnishing:

Two apartments on the top floor can be reached directly from the parking lot via a separate entrance. The third apartment is on the ground floor with a separate entrance.

We value quality! For us means this, that you should be able to sleep well. All beds are equipped with additional toppers so that you have great sleeping comfort.

Das 2-Zimmerapartment hat ein Wohn-/Schlafraum und ein separates Schlafzimmer für insgesamt 4 Personen und ist mit einem Babybett auf 5 Personen erweiterbar. Es verfügt über einen tollen großen Balkon und einem tollen Ausblick!

The 2-room apartment has a living room/bedroom and a separate bedroom for a total of 4 people and can be expanded to 5 people with a baby bed. It has a great large balcony and a great view!

Das weitere 2-Zimmerapartment im Erdgeschoss hat ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa für eine mögliche dritte Person und ein separates Schlafzimmer für insgesamt 2 Personen. Des Weiteren verfügt das Apartment über eine eigene Terasse mit Grillplatz und Pergola.

The further 2-room apartment on the ground floor has a living room with a sofa bed for a possible third person and a separate bedroom for a total of 2 people. Furthermore, the apartment has its own terrace with barbecue place and pergola.

Alle Apartments sind ausgestattet mit:
Farb-TV (Satellitenanschluss) teilweise mit DVD Player
Küche: inkl. Geschirr, Backofen, E-Herd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher
Bad: Dusche / Badewanne, Fön
Klimaanlage inklusive, aber denkt an eure Gesundheit und das Klima.

All apartments are equipped with:
Color TV (satellite connection) partly with DVD player
Kitchen: including dishes, oven, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle
Bathroom: shower / bathtub, hairdryer
Air conditioning included, but thinking about your health and the climate.

Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel sowie Reinigung erfolgt 1 x wöchentlich. Putzzeug, Wäscheklammern, Geschirrhandtücher etc. sind vorhanden.

Towel and bed linen change and cleaning are done once a week. Cleaning supplies, clothes pegs, dish towels etc. are available.

Pool und Garten:
Ein gemeinsamer großer Swimmingpool ist vorhanden. Für die Kleinen gibt es einen separaten Kinderpool. Ein Grill steht für Barbecue-Abende zur Verfügung. Das Apartment im Erdgeschoss besitzt einen eigenen Grill.

Pool and garden:

A shared large swimming pool is available. There is a separate children's pool for the little ones. A grill is available for barbecue evenings. The apartment on the ground floor has its own grill.

Wir haben zu Ihrer Sicherheit vor Ort die Adressen und Telefonnummern des deutschsprachigen Hausarztes hinterlegt. Ein Krankenhaus, Zahnärzte und wir persönlich stehen Ihnen mit Rat und Tat gerne zur Verfügung. Es soll Ihnen an Nichts fehlen. Das ist unser Anspruch.

For your safety, we have stored the addresses and telephone numbers of the english or german speaking family doctor on site. A hospital, dentists and we personally are happy to help and advise you. You shouldn't miss anything. That is our aim.

Glas- und Porzellangeschirr am Pool - Glass and porcelain by the pool

Die Benutzung von Glas- und Porzellangeschirr am Pool ist verboten! Bitte benutzen Sie nur Plastikbecher und Plastikgeschirr am Pool. Glasscherben am und im Pool will keiner!

The use of glass and porcelain dishes by the pool is prohibited. Please only use plastic cups and dishes at the pool. Nobody wants broken glass on or in the pool.

Die Poolbenutzung erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Ich erkläre mich bei der Nutzung des Pools automatisch bei Buchung damit einverstanden das die Poolnutzung privat und somit auf eigene Gefahr erfolgt. Etwaige Schadensersatzansprüche können nie geltend gemacht werden.

The pool is used at your own risk. When using the pool, I automatically agree to the fact that the use of the pool is private and therefore at my own risk. Any claims for damages can never be made.
